- Abstract
The article describes the case of a one-month-old girl with a full-thickness scalp cranium defect and shortening of the left hand fingers. She was diagnosed with the congenital disease called Adams-Oliver syndrome, which is characterized by aplasia cutis congenita and transverse limb defects. The application of wound dressings daily almost resolved the patient's condition after two months.
