- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 57-year-old man presented with bilateral hip pain. Topics discussed include diagnosis of bilateral necrosis of the femoral heads on the basis of the patient's medical history and imaging studies, sue of total hip arthroplasty (THA) for the treatment of hip diseases including osteoarthritis, developmental dysplasia and femoral neck fractures and use of lateral approach with a supine position for THA.
