- Abstract
The article discusses the U.S. Supreme Court case Peña-Rodriguez v. Colorado, in which Miguel Angel Peña-Rodriguez, an employee of a horse-racing facility, was charged with sexual assault and harassment of two teenage girls in May 2007. Topics discussed include Peña-Rodriguez's trial in which he was found guilty and juror's comments on his behavior as he is Mexican, Peña-Rodriguez granted by the Supreme Court to determine racial bias, the Sixth Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
