The article provides information about the Declaration of Helsinki which states the ethical principles for physicians and other participants in medical research involving human subjects. It is mentioned that medical research involving human subjects includes research on identifiable human material of identifiable data. It is also stated that the physician's knowledge and conscience should be committed to promote and ensure the health of the people.
