- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 36-year-old male patient with giant solitary calvarial plasmacytoma. An extradural tumor in the fronto-parietal region of his brain was revealed through magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Particular focus is also given to the importance of differentiating multiple myeloma associated osteolytic lesion from solitary plasmacytoma.
