- Abstract
The article presents a case study of topiramate-induced blindness in a 20-year-old female patient presented in the emergency room with headache, vomiting episode, blurring of vision, and photophobia. It discusses the use of topiramate as an antiepileptic drug and is associated with sight threatening secondary angle-closure, which can mimic acute primary angle-closure glaucoma.
