- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 48-year-old woman with gait disturbance and numbness in upper limbs. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) showed extramedullary mass lesion in the spinal cord, which was mistaken for leptomeningeal metastasis. Chest's computed tomography (CT) revealed enlargement of subclavicula and axillary lymph nodes. She was diagnosed with systematic sarcoidosis for which he was given methylprednisolone injections
