- Abstract
Aiming at the high cost and efficiency loss caused by the use of high-power DC-DC in fuel cell vehicles, the design of introducing dual-winding permanent magnet synchronous motor into fuel cell vehicle system is proposed, and it uses the mutual inductance between two sets of winding to replace the DCDC converter. Firstly, according to the principle of electromagnetic induction and the method of double d-q modeling, the mathematical model of the motor was established, and thereby, the coupling relationship between the two sets of winding under the dual d-q coordinate system and its influence on the torque of the motor were analyzed. Secondly, when the vehicle was in the parking state under fuel cell vehicle system, the motor should maintain torque and speed at zero. By the means of keeping the current on q-axis zero and changing the magnetic field on d-axis alternately, the problem that how to transfer energy from fuel cells to the secondary battery through the dual-stator motor is studied. Finally, the simulation and experimental results verify the correctness of the model and the energy exchange method between windings under the conditions that both torque and speed are zero.
