- Abstract
Physical activity produces beneficial effects on blood pressure, morphofunctional profile determines the degree of predisposition to diseases of this type. New areas of knowledge such as dermatoglyphics have been shown as a predictor for different pathologies. This is a nonexperimental cross sectional research. The objective is to determine the relationship between dermatoglyphic profile, blood pressure levels, body composition and explosive strength in soccer and indoor soccer players. The sample consisted of 12 indoor soccer players and 19 soccer players. The results indicate that players with higher muscle power index have the highest values of systolic blood pressure. There is a predominance of the figure Loop in both disciplines; in addition, there is evidence of an inverse relationship between the resting heart rate and the variables height-flight time in explosive force.
