- Abstract
Describes the development and qualification of an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) for immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibodies to Bacillus anthracis protective antigen (PA) in human serum. Obstacle to serologic analysis of human anthrax; Human serum for determination of diagnostic specificity and sensitivity; Limits to detection of the anti-PA IgG ELISA.
