- Abstract
Aiming at the technical requirements of pipeline repair with serious damage, such as small holes and cracks, the design of enhanced pipeline repair clamp is carried out. The different structure forms of enhanced structure are analyzed, and the enhanced structure used in the design is determined. Aiming at the reinforcement structure of pipeline repair clamp, the enhanced theory research is carried out, and the theoretical formula of the relationship between the axial reinforcement force and the bolt pre-tightening force is obtained. The finite element simulation of typical angle tooth shape is carried out by using the finite element software, and the corresponding stress of tooth top is obtained. Considering the influence of friction coefficient, the stress of isosceles triangle and non-isosceles triangle are analyzed. The results show that the stress of isosceles triangle tooth is better than that of non-isosceles triangle tooth, 90° isosceles triangle tooth angle and the isosceles triangle tooth with friction coefficient of 0.8 between slip and pipe can be used to design slip when processing conditions permit. The above work can provide a reference for the enhanced structure design of pipeline repair clamp.
