- Abstract
The article presents the study which examined the effectiveness of a topical application of Certifect, which contains fipronil, amitraz, and methoprene, in treating canine generalized demodicosis in dogs. It claims that demodicosis is an inflammatory skin disease caused by the mite, Demodex canis Leydig, 1859. Based on the results, Certifect is effective in treating dogs with generalized demodicosis.
