- Abstract
The article focuses on the development of new interventions by the World Health Organization (WHO) which aims at ending the global epidemic related to tuberculosis. It discusses the need of an evidence-based drug development pathway; highlights the importance of core outcome set for tuberculosis trials and of sharing individual patient data from tuberculosis trials; and mentions about its fundings by the British Medical Research Council and the U.S. Public Health Service.
