- Abstract
The article examines the case of a 62-year-old female patient admitted to the emergency department with a history of fever, abdominal pain, and pain in the right knee. The patient had also history of diabetes mellitus and hepatitis B virus-related liver cirrhosis. She had been admitted to the hospital for 4 time due to Klebsiella pneumoniae bacteremia. It indicates that the patient had a temperature of 37.8°C when she was presented to the hospital and had a pulse rate of 91 beats/minute, respiration rate of 18 breaths/minute and blood pressure of 111/59 mmHg.
