- Abstract
The article offers information on the issue of prosecutorial non-compliance with disclosure obligations under the interpretation of the judicial decision of the U.S. Supreme Court in the case of Brady v. Maryland and Giglio v. United States. It informs that the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) analyzed that federal and state jurisdictions have limited discovery evidence problem. It recommends prosecutors to reform legislation to remove discovery obligations in federal and state jurisdictions.
