- Abstract
The article presents research paper about metamorphosis of Borrelia burgdorfi organisms. It mentions that the organism can pass through morphological transformation from the motile spirochetal to non-moitle spherical shape when it meets unfavorable conditions. Moreover, the declined antigen-antibody binding activity and minimal degradation of RNA were monitored with advanced age of spheres.
