- Abstract
2D organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials are formed by the introduction of macromolecular organic intercalation in 3D perovskite materials, which have attracted widespread attention in the field of solar cells due to its high vertical -orientation growth, excellent surface morphology, superior humidity, photo and thermal stability, etc. In this paper, the strategies for optimizing photovoltaic performance of 2D organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials in recent years are reviewed, and the influences of these methods such as the optimization of organic cations at L sites, the thickness of the inorganic layer, surface morphology and orientation of the films, and the construction of 2D/ 3D perovskite heterostructures on the performance of 2D hybrid perovskites are systematically introduced. Moreover, the prospect of 2D organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials is also presented.
