Initially, the twitches involved the muscles of the left calf followed by arm, thigh and trunk muscles of the left side within a span of 2 years. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case of hemi-Isaac's syndrome or acquired neuromyotonia with hemi-body phenotype.
