- Abstract
Spontaneous cavitation of primary lung tumours is common, whereas cavitation in metastatic secondary lung tumours is unusual. Exact cause of cavitation is not known, many hypothesis have been put forward to explain cavitation in secondary lung metastasis. In the present case, patient was asymptomatic for lung metastases despite harbouring such high volume of lung metastases.
