- Abstract
The article presents the toxicity associated with high dose of methotrexate (MTX) therapy. The drug monitoring by high-performance liquid chromatography and the drug dosage used to guide carboxypeptidase is also discussed. The application of high dose of MTX in various therapeutic areas such as childhood leukemia, lymphoma, osteosarcoma is mentioned.
