- Abstract
Clinical Question: In patients diagnosed with adhesive capsulitis, is scapular mobilization combined with end range glenohumeral mobilization more effective at improving shoulder range of motion when compared to glenohumeral mobilization alone? Clinical Bottom Line: There is moderate evidence to support the use of scapular mobilization combined with end range glenohumeral mobilization to improve shoulder range of motion in patients with adhesive capsulitis.
