- Abstract
In this paper the causes of maternal death are described, and the problems that apparently the cause or causes are analyzed. However, this is not resolved in the developing country and is generally noted that the precursor is poor health care and lack of knowledge of medical and paramedical staffbased on studies conducted by committees misnamed maternal death that are formed by medical health sector managers without the knowledge of the problem or never work in the specific clinical area and its decisions are used to modify and determine the resources, which does not solve the problem. Also the mechanisms by which this is achieved, the medical point of view, based on studies conducted by physicians experienced several decades and the causes of the problem is lack of political and omissions of hospital processes described decision point.
