- Abstract
The spin fluctuations have been proposed as the mechanism of high Tc superconductivity. A possible formulation of problem was presented into mean field approximation (Eliashberg Equations) with results than was put in doubts for posteriori experiments. If spin fluctuations don't yield Cooper pairs, other possibility would be that it destroys. As an example of resulting formulation, we appear the Rietschel and Winter work that to analyze the paper of paramagnons in the superconductor Nb. And made extension for Baquero, Daams and Carbotte to T<Te.
