The article discusses the results of a survey of primary care physicians conducted by the Physicians' Foundation. According to the survey of 12,000 primary care doctors, most doctors reported that they have too much work, and seventy-eight percent said there is a shortage of doctors in the U.S. Forty-nine percent are planning to lessen the number of patients they handle.
