- Abstract
In the process of thawing settlement of frozen soil layer in cold regions, the phase state and composition structure of frozen and thawed soil change greatly, and the relevant physical parameters also change accordingly. For thermal physical parameters such as thermal conductivity, they are related to mineral particles, ice content, porosity and soil properties. The current analysis model has some deficiencies. The frozen soil was divided into unfrozen area, thawed area, consolidated area and frozen area in consideration of its phase change characteristics. Based on the representative elementary volume (REV) porous medium description method, the thermal conductivity analysis model of ice containing pore structure was established. Finally, the effects of porosity, water content, ice content and channel composition coefficient on the thermal conductivity of frozen soil were analyzed by numerical calculation. The model established can provide a theoretical basis for the analysis of heat transfer mechanism and heat transfer characteristics of frozen soil in cold regions.
