- Abstract
The boundary optimization of open pit mine is an important link in mining design and production process. The results of optimization will directly affect the economic benefit and safety in production of mine. With the help of Datamine software-an iron orebody block model is established, the sequence boundary is generated by the floating cone method-and the sequence boundary is analyzed in combination with the production practice. The optimal economic and rational stripping ratio is finally determined to be 12 m3/m3-and the ore volume increases by 214. 808 1 Ml compared with that before optimization.greatly improving the economic benefits of the mining enterprise.
