- Abstract
The article presents case study of a 69-year-old woman presented to hospital with a lump in her left breast. It mentions that the patient was diagnosed with stage IIA breast cancer and underwent left mastectomy and axillary lymph node dissection. It addds chylous leakage was identified as the cause of the fluid collection and treatment for same was given.
