- Abstract
The median (P25, P75) was one point (1 point, 2.75 points); 7 patients (12.5%) had zero points; 22 patients (39.3%) had one point; 13 patients (23.2%) had two points; 10 patients (17.9%) had three points; 3 patients (5.4%) had four points, and 1 patient (1.8%) had five points. The time to clinical control for patients suffering from SJS was significantly lower than the time to clinical control for patients suffering from the SJS/TEN overlap type (t = -2.576; p = 0.017), TEN (t = -4.747; p < 0.001), and the time to clinical control for patients suffering from the SJS/TEN overlap type was significantly lower than the time to clinical control for patients suffering from TEN (t = -3.022); p = 0.005). Forty-six patients (82.1%) had temperatures of >= 37.3°C; five patients (8.9%) had temperatures of 37.3~38°C, and twenty-one patients had temperatures of 38.1~39°C (37.5%), with a total of twenty patients (35.7%) having temperatures of 39.1-41°C. Human Immunoglobulin Thirty-two patients (57.1%) received combined intravenous human immunoglobulin, including three patients (18.8%) suffering from SJS, four patients (50%) suffering from overlapping SJS/TEN, and twenty-five patients (78.1%) suffering from TEN.
