- Abstract
The article discusses ways to improve the nursing education selection process in Great Britain. The author notes that standard predictors of success such as traditional education may limit the number of potentially qualified nurses who enter the profession. The author argues that an enlarged recruitment pool can increase diversity without lowering standards.
