- Abstract
The article reports on the significant role played by induction in helping nursing students adjust to the environment in hospitals and clinics following employment. It reveals that induction provides an opportunity for nursing students to gain knowledge on the different activities to be carried out in the ward. It states that the strategy is essential in enhancing the performance of student nurses in providing treatment and medical care to patients.
