- Abstract
The article focuses on a study about the role of Class 1 HDAC as well as HDAC6 inhibition when it comes to inversely regulates CD38 induction in myeloma cells via interferon-α and ATRA as well as the effects of HDAC inhibition on the downstream signalling of interferon-α. Other information such as about antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity and complement-dependent cytotoxicity by daratumumab is presented.
