- Abstract
According to the engineering design practice of Hangzhou 一 Shaoxing Intercity Railway, the design size and type of the section track of built-in pump house are determined based on the characteristics of the 5.9 m shield tunnel section. The finite element model of the prefabricated slab track of built-in pump house is established and the bending moments of the track slab under different static load combinations are calculated. The vertical displacement, vertical acceleration, vertical stress, horizontal stress of the prefabricated slab track and related driving performance indicators of the prefabricated slab track of built-in pump house under the dynamic action of the train are studied. The calculation results show that the edge of the track slab and the position under the rail are subject to greater stress, where an appropriate amount of steel bars can be put in place to enhance the strength of the structure; each and every dynamic and driving performance indicators are within the allowable ranges with large safety margin.
