- Abstract
The article presents a study which identifies the herd-level risk factors associated with fecal shedding of Shiga toxinencoding bacteria (STB) on dairy cattle farms in Minnesota. It informs that stratified random sampling process was adopted for the study. It further informs that 105 cows were taken in average herd for study. Multiple factors related to cattle feeding practices associated with Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (STEC) were identified as the conclusion of the study.
