- Authors

- Abstract
The article discusses the functions of microRNAs (miRNAs) in the regulation of pluripotent stem cells (PSCs) and cellular reprogramming. It says that enriched miRNAs can influence the cell cycle of PSCs and their important characteristics including morphology, epigenetic profile, and resistance to apoptosis. It mentions that miRNAs in PSCs can promote rapid and marked changes in cellular phenotype during cellular reprogramming.
