The article focuses on the treatment of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy (PML). Topics discussed include neutralizing of human monoclonal John Cunningham polyomavirus viral protein 1 antibodies for treating the same; analysis of the same under serum and cerebrospinal fluid of healthy donors; and analysis of recombinant interleukin-2 and polyvalent intravenous immunoglobulins in the same.
