The article presents a study on the medical reasons for departure and injury rates in professional tennis. Topics covered include the Women's Tennis Association (WTA), the Association of Tennis Professionals (ATP), and the epidemiology. Also mentioned is the need to understand when and how injuries happen to produce better prevention strategies.
