- Abstract
In this study emerging Sufism in Andalusia with factors that cause this emerge and Sufism movements up to VII/XIIIth century are given. And the place of Ibn Masarra who founded Sufism philosophy in the IV/Xth century is determined. In that term, Andalusian intellectuals did not open to new ideas except Malikism so they accused people who think different with innovation and heresy. Ibn al-Arîf, Ibn Barrajân, Ibn Qasî, Abu Bakr Mayurqî and Ibn Hamis continued Sufism movements in different regions of Andalusia in XIIth century. Their treatises and disciples became links of chain which bring mystical thought to Ibn alArabî.
