- Abstract
Due to the complexity of the environment in which the high geostress tectonic rock mass is located and the uncertainty of its influencing factors, the mechanical process and stability of the surrounding rock and the supporting structure are not accurate enough. On the basis of rock mechanics, the principle of joint support of "anchor and anchor" is analyzed, and the theory of force transmission bearing system of superimposed arch is proposed. According to the characteristics of surrounding rock of engineering, the mechanical model of superimposed arch bearing body and reliability theory are combined. Comprehensive consideration of influencing factors, establishes the limit equilibrium equation of the equivalent coupled surrounding rock after the secondary support of the chamber of the crushing station. The comparison and verification of the theory is carried out in combination with the project of Jinchuan III mine crushing station. The results show that the failure probability of chamber engineering support in the Jinchuan III mine crushing station is 5.87%. Monitoring data shows that the deformation of surrounding rock supported by overlap arch bearing body trend to be stable, and the convergence speed is less than 0.1 mm/day.
