- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 69-year-old man with metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx presented with stable ventricular tachycardia (VT) that required cardioversion. Topics covered include the findings of resting electrocardiogram, coronary angiography and cardiac magnetic resonance imaging which led to the diagnosis of a malignant arrhythmia, the management challenges of ventricular arrhythmias, and the electrophysiologic manifestations observed in the case.
