SUAUGUSIŲ DVYNIŲ LĖTO IR (AR) NEATIDAUS SKAITYMO ĮGŪDŽIŲ PAVELDIMUMO DUOMENYS: DANIJOS DVYNIŲ TYRIMAS.

- Abstract
Genetikos įtaka suaugusiųjų lėto ir (ar) neatidaus skaitymo įgūdžiams buvo tiriama analizuojant respondentų apklausos duomenis, kurie gauti, taikant dichotominius klausimus apie jų patiriamus sunkumus, skaitant subtitrus danų kalba žiūrint užsienio televizijos programas. 33 424 dvynių apklausos duomenys, reprezentuojantys populiaciją, siekiant įvertinti paveldimumo įtaką skaitymo sunkumams, buvo analizuojami taikant biometrinės analizės metodą. Atitikimo dažnumas ir tetrachordinė koreliacija buvo žymiai ir statistiškai patikimai didesnė lyginant monozigotinių ir dizigotinių dvynių rezultatus, kurie rodo genetinę įtaką. Vienpusė genetinė analizė parodė, kad papildomų genetinių (A) ir specifinių aplinkos (E) veiksnių atitikimas dažniau pasireiškė vyrams. Nedidelė nespecifinių genetinių veiksnių (D) dalis būdinga moterims ir vyrams. Atliekant tyrimą buvo pasirinktas AE-modelis. Nustatytas 0,63 paveldimumo koeficientas patikimumo intervale atitinka 95 % [0,55; 0,68], atsižvelgiant į amžiaus ir lyties poveikį. Respondentų amžius ir lytis turi reikšmingą įtaką. Atsižvelgiant į suaugusiųjų asmeninio skaitymo įgūdžių vertinimo apribojimus, šis tyrimas atskleidė žymų įprastinių genetinių veiksnių poveikį skaitymo sunkumams. Su skaitymo sunkumais susiję aplinkos veiksniai yra unikalūs ir vienpusiai (E). Vienpusiai aplinkos veiksniai yra būdingi konkrečiam asmeniui, lemiantys šeimos narių skirtumus. Jiems priskiriami veiksniai susiję su nėštumu, persirgtomis ligomis, traumomis, globos namais, bendraamžiais ir kt. Keliant paprastą klausimą apie subtitrų skaitymo sunkumus, gauta patikima, kitus daug laiko trukusius tyrimus atitinkanti informacija, atskleidžianti skaitymo sutrikimų paveldimumą.
