- Abstract
The design plan of a large forgings ultrasonic monitoring system is proposed. The hardware circuit of multichannel ultrasonic detector is designed by using ARM and FPGA which is the core processing unit. The software of ARM part in ultrasonic detector system is designed under the Linux environment and the software of FPGA part in system is designed under the ISE environment. The PC software of system is designed in G language under the LabVIEW environment. Large forgings ultrasonic testing system realizes A, B, C scan imaging and its automatic detection control led by the PC, in addition, it has the advantages of real-time detection and high efficiency.
