- Abstract
The Covid-19 virus (Atypical Pneumonia), since its origin more than three years ago, continues to claim lives and cause crowds in the health systems of countries such as Ecuador, for which the use of information technologies is necessary to assist medical staff in early diagnosis. The objective of the research was to analyze deep learning as a customer service strategy for the early diagnosis of Covid-19. The methodology used was systematized through the selection of non-probabilistic images, the choice of the researcher was key in the use of chest X-ray images obtained in private and public health centers in the cities of Riobamba and Quito-Ecuador, in addition used the "Chest X-ray" database, on the Kaggle platform. Scientific evidence shows that chest X-rays are an effective test for a first phase of presumptive diagnosis of Covid-19, so the use of deep learning as a customer service strategy through the analysis of chest X-rays has the properties needed to extract features and achieve a good level of accuracy in their classification and help with the screening of infected patients.
