- Authors

- Abstract
The article provides information on role melanoma derived exosomes in development of prometastatic phenotype. Exosomes carries messenger protein to promote proangiogenic events. Melanoma begins with the benign nevus that progresses into primary melanoma and invades regional and dermis lymph nodes. It is suggested that the detection of oncoproteins such as tyrosine-related protein2 (TYRP2) will help in diagnostic of primary melanoma.
