- Abstract
The article investigates electron scattering in mercury selenide (3HgSe)1-xaluminum selenide (Al2Se3)x:<Manganese>(<Mn>) crystals. The prevailing electron scattering mechanism is that on optical phonons and at T = 300 K - on polar optical phonons and inpure ions. In the (3HgSe)1-x (Al2Se3)x:<Mn> specimes (x = 0.5), the prevailing scattering mechanisms is that in optical phonons.
