The article presents a case study of a 57-year-old woman with myelodysplastic syndrome. Topics discussed include results of various medical tests; complications of macrocytic anemia, neutropenia, and copper deficiency; and the usage of bariatric surgeries and various medicines including zinc acexamate in the treatment.
