- Abstract
This article discusses a retrospective observational study conducted at a maternity and children hospital in Jakarta, Indonesia, to evaluate the natural evolution of monochorionic twins with selective Fetal Growth Restriction (sFGR) under expectant management. The study found that different types of sFGR could convert to other subtypes, which could affect the outcomes. The article provides data on the clinical characteristics and neonatal outcomes of 11 patients with the natural conversion subtype of sFGR. The findings highlight the importance of clinicians being aware of this phenomenon.
