- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 35-year-old female patient , who had a history of raised asymptomatic lesions and was diagnosed with acral porokeratosis associated with anonychia. The patient has showed nail changes that lead to the complete loss of nail. The patient was treated with electrocautery. It examines the influence of irradiation/ultraviolet light as well as infective agents to the development of anonychia.
