- Authors
Yukishige ITO; Yoichi TAKEDA
- Abstract
The article discusses the role of glycan processing in glycoprotein quality control (QC) in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER). Topics discussed include role of Uridine diphosphate glucose glycoprotein glucosyltransferase (UGGT) and ER glucosidase in glycoprotein QC, biosynthesis and functions of N-Glycosylated proteins In ER. It also discusses functional analysis of glycoprotein glycans and glucosidase Ⅱ.
