- Abstract
The authors focus on the sexual relationship of undercover police agents with their female targets. The authors mention the suggestion regarding the liability of the undercover officers for rape given the emerging concept of conditional consent. They relate the scope of the Sexual Offences Act 2003 (SOA 2003) which indicates that the consent of the complainants will not be presumed if they were deceived by the defendants.
