- Title
SOME NEW FINDINGS IN BRONTË BIBLIOGRAPHY.
- Authors
Alexander, Christine
- Abstract
The article informs about some new findings in Bronte bibliography. A small Bronte manuscript was published for the first time recently in "The Literary Review" and was described by the editor as previously unknown to Bronte scholars. This is not the case, although it is easy to understand the error; for this juvenile item, like so many other Bronte manuscripts, is short, unpublished, fragmentary and unmentioned in existing bibliographies. There is no complete bibliography of Bronte manuscripts and a scholar working on the early writings of any one of the Brontes must compile his or her own list of their works.
